Sureseal Water Hammer Control Devices

SURESEAL Zero Velocity Valves and Vacuum Breaker Air Cushion Valves very effectively prevent the water hammer or pressure surge in long distance large diameter cross country rising mains. The two valves complement each other to provide a complete solution for controlling both upsurges and down surges or vacuum. The Zero Velocity Valve prevents oscillation of water column after tripping of all pumps due to conditions such as power failure. And the Vacuum Breaker Air Cushion Valve, by instantaneous vacuum breaking, controls the down surges or vacuum and by controlled release of air reduces the effect of secondary surges arising due to oscillation of water column.

Vacuum Breaker Air Cushion Valve

Air Vessels / Surge Vessels Compressor Type And Bladder Type

Air Vessels are one of the most effective methods of controlling pressure surge in the cross-country rising mains and lift irrigation projects. Jash offer these vessels upto volume of 150 m3 capacity. The Air Vessel system is offered along with the Air Compressor, Air Receiver, Connecting Pipe (optinal), pneumatic piping, Davit arm assembly, Ladders and bridges (optional) and control panel and other accessories required for vessel.
